Salary:

• Base: 33-35.50/hr. experience
• Shift Differential: $1.25/hr. (3pm-11pm), $1.50/hr. (11pm-7am)
• 7am-3pm shift also open but 3-11 pm is Priority need
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications:

• Current Virginia RN License
• CPR Certification
• Experience in geriatrics or related healthcare
• Knowledge of Infection Control Procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• At least one (1) year of nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' conditions and nursing needs
• Implement care plans, meeting physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs
• Document observations accurately in "Nurses Notes"
• Communicate changes in resident conditions during "Change of Shift Report"
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
• Assist in physician rounds and implementation of orders
• Create resident care assignments with equal distribution
• Utilize teaching opportunities with residents, families, and healthcare team
• Promote a positive TEAM approach to accomplish objectives
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
